Weekly camps from June 18 - August 31. Ages 5 through 13.
Each week our campers will focus on a different art technique or specific medium.
June 18 – June 22
Embossing - Campers will learn the basics of metal embossing. They will plan out their final piece, edit, and then create a metal embossing work of art.
June 25 – June 29
Watercolor - This week campers will dive into the world of watercoloring. Starting with basic color mixing to simple application techniques and creating a final work of art.
July 2 – July 6*

Comics/Graphic Novels - BOOM, BANG, ZAP! Kids will go through all the steps to start creating comics or graphic novels in this single week of camp.
July 9 – July 13
Wearable Sculpture - Think magnificent masks, fantastic headpieces, or anything your camper can create and wear.
July 16 – July 20
Book and paper making - During this week campers will create their own hand made paper and learn the a few basic methods for book binding.
July 23 – July 27
Fairy Houses and Toad Stools - Campers will design and build their own fairy houses or toadstools in this week of camp. Final creations will be fired at the end of the week and available for pick up the week of July 30th .
July 30 – Aug 3
Tie Dying - This week campers will explore all things tie dye. From creating natural dye to exploring traditional tie dying techniques.
Aug 6 – Aug 10
Landscape vs. Cityscape - Campers will explore the different areas along the route one arts corridor! The group will observe, discuss, and then create art based on the differences of landscapes and cityscapes.
Aug 13 – Aug 17
Printmaking - This week campers will get printing as they investigate the world of printmaking.
Aug 20 – Aug 24
Puppet Making - During this week campers will try the art of puppet making.
Aug 27 – Aug 31
Selfie Week - Campers will finish the summer by exploring different styles of self-portraiture throughout the week.
